Human Resources Assistant

Héctor Santana is a Junior MBA student in Human Resources Management. He is also a Doctoral candidate in Industrial Organizational Psychology, with a Master of Sciences in the same field and a bachelor’s degree in General Psychology. Throughout his professional career, he’s worked in both the private sector and with the government, this last sector with experience in the military, local and federal government. Hector has also done some administrative consulting on the side. His focus lies in Strategic Planning, Training & Development, and Process Optimization. He believes in the future of this island and wants to help promote the entrepreneur mindset as a tool for change.
