Aidymar Bigio

is a Senior Director of Engineering at Facebook. Prior to joining Facebook, she spent 7 years at Google. While at Google, she established a manufacturing and operations team to support the Google Search Appliance. She also worked on the first generation Android, technical operations and supply chain and logistics. Aidymar has extensive experience in the areas of product development and operations. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rochester and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University. In her spare time, she likes to run, ski, and spend time with her husband, two boys and the family cats.

Beatriz Lopez

is an experienced investor, educator, entrepreneur and business leader having created and managed multiple successful companies related to global advisory services, intellectual properties, and real property. Beatriz founded Perspective Education Services, Inc. (PESPR), a Puerto Rico based non-profit organization, to research transformative ideas for teacher/student engagement while providing a resource for implementing proven methodologies that integrate learning communities with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education. PESPR specializes in the competitive advancement of socioeconomically challenged institutions fostering community engagement and belonging while championing lifelong learning. Beatriz received her doctoral degree in Education specializing in Curriculum and Instruction, following receipt of her Master’s in Curriculum and Teaching of Science. Born in Mayaguez, Beatriz also earned her Bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez.

Bobby Brown

is General Sales Manager at Red Bull. Prior to joining Red Bull, Bobby contributed his leadership and organizational development expertise through 29 years at The Coca-Cola Company (“Coke”). At Coke, Bobby managed sales volume, gross profit, expenses, labor, budgeting and forecasting for Northern California. Bobby’s accomplishments included managing the Team Coke at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver Canada. Bobby is known for building high performance teams. A former soccer All-American, Bobby participated in NFL kicker camps and also played Baseball for San Jose State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

Ramphis Castro

is originally from Guayama, Puerto Rico, Ramphis is the Co-Founder and General Partner at ScienceVest, a first-check San Francisco-based early-stage venture capital fund for deep-tech companies with a focus on accelerating the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Post investment, Fund I portfolio has raised over $300M from Data Collective, YCombinator, SV Angel, Union Square Ventures, among other Tier 1 VC funds. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He is a Kauffman Fellow, where his research focused on funding models for translational science companies. He currently lives with his wife and son in NY.
